These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and LEADSPIRE LTD regarding your use of the FluentAI language practice platform. Your access to and use of FluentAI is conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms. Please review them thoroughly before proceeding.

Acceptance

Your use of FluentAI signifies your agreement to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, together with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Should you disagree with any provision herein, you are required to cease all use of the platform immediately. We may decline to provide service at our sole discretion.

Service Description

FluentAI is an artificial intelligence-powered language practice platform that provides real-time feedback, analysis, and coaching for improving your conversational fluency across multiple languages. The service includes features such as conversation analysis, practice sessions, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

Registration is required for full access to FluentAI features. You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding your login credentials and for any actions taken through your account. All registration details must be truthful and current. Any suspected unauthorized account activity must be reported to LEADSPIRE LTD without delay.

Credits & Payments

The FluentAI platform utilizes a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits in advance, which are then deducted as you engage with our language coaching features. Purchased credits are non-refundable and may not be transferred to other accounts. Credit pricing is subject to change and is always displayed prior to purchase. Credits carry no monetary value outside the platform.

Acceptable Use

FluentAI must be used solely for lawful, personal language practice purposes. Prohibited activities include transmitting malicious or unlawful content, disrupting platform operations, and attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our underlying AI technology. Breach of these usage rules may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

Intellectual Property

The FluentAI platform and all associated content — including text, visuals, logos, AI systems, and software — remain the sole intellectual property of LEADSPIRE LTD, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. While you retain rights to any audio you provide, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content for service purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, LEADSPIRE LTD disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages that may arise from your use of FluentAI. Our aggregate liability shall be capped at the total fees you paid during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. FluentAI is offered "as-is" and "as-available," with no express or implied warranties.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time at our discretion. Material modifications will be communicated by updating the terms on our platform along with a revised "Last updated" date. You are encouraged to check this page regularly. Continued platform use after any revision takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
