These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and LEADSPIRE LTD regarding your use of the FluentAI language practice platform. Your access to and use of FluentAI is conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms. Please review them thoroughly before proceeding.

Acceptance

Your use of FluentAI signifies your agreement to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, together with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Should you disagree with any provision herein, you are required to cease all use of the platform immediately. We may decline to provide service at our sole discretion.

Eligibility

To use FluentAI you must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country of residence, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using FluentAI you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the registration information you provide is accurate and complete. FluentAI accounts are for individuals using the service for personal purposes: each account is one person's sign-in and may not be shared.

Where FluentAI Is Available

We do not accept new sign-ups from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. A new account is refused from an IP address in those countries or with an email address on their national domains or on Russian and Belarusian free-mail providers, and a billing address in any of them is not accepted. An existing account holder keeps access to their account and balance.

Service Description

FluentAI is an artificial intelligence-powered language practice platform that provides real-time voice conversations, with feedback, analysis and coaching after each session, for improving your conversational fluency across multiple languages. The service includes features such as conversation analysis, practice sessions, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

Registration is required for full access to FluentAI features. You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding your login credentials and for any actions taken through your account. All registration details must be truthful and current. Any suspected unauthorized account activity must be reported to LEADSPIRE LTD without delay.

Credits & Payments

FluentAI uses a prepaid credit system. You buy credits in advance, and they are used up as you use the service. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy. Credits cannot be transferred to another account. Credit prices are shown before you buy and may change from time to time. Credits have no cash value outside this refund. A custom top-up can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate.

Acceptable Use

FluentAI must be used solely for lawful, personal language practice purposes. Prohibited activities include transmitting malicious or unlawful content, disrupting platform operations, and attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our underlying AI technology. Breach of these usage rules may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

Intellectual Property

The FluentAI platform and all associated content — including text, visuals, logos, AI systems, and software — remain the sole intellectual property of LEADSPIRE LTD, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. While you retain rights to any audio you provide, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content for service purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, LEADSPIRE LTD disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages that may arise from your use of FluentAI. Our aggregate liability shall be capped at the total fees you paid during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. FluentAI is offered "as-is" and "as-available," with no express or implied warranties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time at our discretion. Material modifications will be communicated by updating the terms on our platform along with a revised "Last updated" date. You are encouraged to check this page regularly. Continued platform use after any revision takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
